Raam bhaiyya stands outside the library gate of Allahabad University serving this adrak chai with bun-makkhan. He very smoothly cuts the 100 gm Amul butter with a knife and spreads it on the bun that is heated directly on the flame. No pans. He then sprinkles a dash of salt n pepper and cuts the round treat into four. On request he would gladly refill the chai cup to another half or make a special no-sugar one for me!
